LLareggub 1 Albion Terrace is a 3 bedroomed Victorian end terrace cottage named after the fictional town in Dylan Thomas’ Under Milk Wood. Recently renovated the property has two bathrooms, three bedrooms, open plan living area together with a patio and decking providing al fresco dining. The property has full central heating. There are sea views from all bedrooms, lounge and dining room and the property is situated only a short walking distance from New Quay harbour and award winning beach, restaurants, shops and public houses. Egyptian linen and towels and a welcome pack are provided in the price. On street unrestricted parking in front of the cottage. Free WIFI and full central heating is also included. The property is ideal for a family holiday or a relaxing break in this picturesque and quaint fishing village.
Accommodation
The open plan beamed living area has full central heating and a wood burning stove, large comfy sofa and two separate armchairs, flat screen TV with free view and EPSN sports, DVD, Video and Music Centre. A selection of DVDs, CDs and videos are provided. The dining area has a table seating 6 and large Welsh dresser. A range cooker, dishwasher, fridge, together with all cooking utensils, crockery and glasses including cut glass wine glasses, tumblers and champagne flutes in case of celebration are supplied. The property is equipped to a high standard.
Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms all with sea views. Two double and one with bunk beds. All bedrooms have storage facilities. The bathroom has a shower bath with a rain shower, toilet, heated towel rail and wash hand basin.
Utility Area
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer together with a separate toilet and large walk in shower. Storage for beach equipment, two body boards are provided. Double patio doors lead to the garden.
Outside
There are two separate al fresco dining areas, a patio with table and chairs seating 6 leading up the steps to a separate decking area with bench and table and BBQ. It is a south facing garden. At the side of the house there is a locked pathway leading to the utility area where surfboards and a canoe could be stored.
Parking
There is on street parking or a car park with a weekly cost of £4.00 is within a few minutes walk.
Linen
The property is supplied with Egyptian bed linen and bath towels. No beach towels are supplied.
Restrictions
No pets and smoking only permitted outside please.
New Quay
The property is within easy walking distance of the sea and many restaurants, public houses and shops. The Dylan Thomas trail can be found in New Quay and the cottage has many books including Under Milk Wood for your enjoyment. The Coastal path can be accessed from a nearby street with the New Quay to Cwm Tydu and Llangrannog walk taking you over the cliffs with spectacular views en route of bird rock and beyond. There is a selection of maps provided for various walks including the Pembroke coastal path.
Dates
Changeover day is Saturday. Short breaks by arrangement, not during the main holiday period will be one half of the weekly rental. Christmas changeover by arrangement.
